Pls note that all queries should be directed to clothery@hotmail.com How to make payment? 1. Payment has to be made within 24 hours after confirmation of item. If not, item will be put up for sale again. 2. Payment via POSB/DBS transfer through ibanking or at any ATM machine to POSB Savings 120-65682-1. 3. Strictly no meet ups. Postage 1. Postage cost will vary according to item. (a top will cost S$1.50 for normal postage) 2. Buyers will have to pay additional $2.24 for registered postage. 3. CLOTHERY will not be responsible for items lost after sending out the item. Nevertheless, we will do our best to contact SingPost so as to track back lost item. 4. We will send out the item within 3 days once we have receive payment from the buyer. Terms and Conditions 1. Prices are fixed, do not haggle. 2. Goods sold are non-refundable. 3. Items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. However, buyers will have to make the necessary payment within 24 hours after sale confirmation. If buyer fails to do so, item will be sold to the next interested shopper. 4. Do clarify all doubts and queries prior to sale confirmation. This is to prevent any misunderstandings upon sale of item. We will attend to all queries ASAP. 5. Buyer should accept slight colour difference due to different monitor's resolution 6. No exchange unless item is highly misrepresented. However, we do ensure that items put on sale are of excellent quality. CLOTHERY reserves the right for exchanges and refunds on a per case basis. 7. CLOTHERY reserves the rights to make any changes to our T&C, site, and policies at any point of time. 8. Upon making a purchase, we assume that you have read our T&C and have agreed on it. Happy Shopping, Loves, CLOTHERY. *Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)* a) I saw an item that I like from your site. So how can I go about purchasing it? Step 1. Leave a comment on our site with your Name / Email address / Item of your choice (and colour if any) and we will reply you via email with the payment details. Step 2. Once you receive the sale confirmation from us, payment has to be made within 24 hours. (If you have difficulty doing so, please let us know in advance. We will advice you on the alternative payment dates.) Step 3. We will inform you via email once we have received your payment. Step 4. Items will be sent out within 3 days after payment date, unless stated otherwise. b) What’s the difference between registered mail and normal mail?
c) How long must I wait for the item to arrive? We will mail out the item within 3 days after payment date, unless stated otherwise. Do take note that it will take another 2-3 days for the mail to reach you. However, there could be delays on Singpost’s part, which we will not be accounted for. d) What should I do if I did not receive the article? Do not panic! Do not worry! If you have opt for registered mail, we will be able to check the status of your item. Alternatively, you can call Singpost to check on your item status using the serial number that we have given you. However, if you have opt for the normal mail postage, we will not be able to track the status of the mail BUT we will do our part by calling SingPost and we will try our best to track back the lost item as it is our duty to care for our customers and your purchases. e) When should you contact us if you have yet to receive your article? If you have yet to receive your article counting 9 days from the date of payment, you should email us immediately. We will get back to you asap. f) Does CLOTHERY ship overseas? At this point in time, we do not ship overseas. We will try to expand our business in the near future. g) Does CLOTHERY give any discounts? We do not give discounts as we believe that our items are priced reasonably and affordably. However, do look out for our special buys especially during festive seasons. h) As items are sold out fast, how can I get first hand information on these items? Simply join our mailing list by leaving a comment on the first post on the page (with the "MAILING LIST" sign!
